OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 12 MONTHS - SCHEDULE 5
Qualifications:
Appropriate office skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail, Infinite Campus and MUNIS (preferred)Ability to communicate in a courteous, efficient, and professional mannerAbility to meet deadlines and interact with the publicAbility to accurately follow detailed instructionsAbility to work with other personnel from the school department, the City, and the private sectorAbility to identify and pursue departmental needs with minimal supervisionAbility to maintain confidentiality and work with a team approachFormal administrative training or related work experience Duties and
Responsibilities:
Performance of usual office routines and practicesMaintain personnel files for several employment groupsPreparation of materials for employment of staff members and interview sessionsCompletion of annually scheduled tasks in conjunction with other Human Resources staffBe part of the HR administrative team and be prepared to cross train in major areas of duties and responsibilitiesPerform other related duties as assigned by the Assistant Superintendent of Human ResourcesSpecific duties, responsibilities and expectations of this position will be discussed with each applicant at the time of interview.
PLEASE NOTE:
Brockton residency must be established within one year of initial employment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
