Outpatient substance use disorder and mental health services are located across Southeastern Massachusetts in Brockton, New Bedford, Plymouth, and Taunton.
At most sites, services are provided during the day and many clinics have evening hours.
We offer individual, group, medication management, and family services to address diverse clinical needs.
An interdisciplinary team of professionals includes licensed social workers, mental health clinicians, Master's level clinicians, certified addictions clinicians, psychiatrists, and psychologists.

High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services.
Programs and services also assist survivors of abuse, violence, and families experiencing homelessness.

Administrative Assistant Duties &
Responsibilities:
Works directly with the Director, Assistant Director and the Quality & Compliance Coordinator of the Coordinated Care Network; Serve as a central contact for monitoring, ordering and tracking of office supplies for program; Attempt to resolve and provide assistance to the Director and the Quality & Compliance Coordinator of the Coordinated Care Network concerning Quality Assessment Report computations; Attends, takes, maintains and distributes meeting minutes as required; Responsible for answering and responding to program related emails, telephone calls and faxes; Responsible for receiving and processing CCN program referrals; Function as primary point of contact for ACOs/MCOs, state agencies and other stakeholders; Responsible for receiving, distributing and following-up on outcomes of Event Notifications and Supplemental Data feeds; Acts as point person when the Director, Assistant Director and the Quality & Compliance Coordinator of the Coordinated Care Network are away from the office and schedules appointments; Responsible for timely submission of all administrative reports; Completes assigned tasks in a timely, confidential, and accurate manner; Creates and maintains various databases, forms, and reports as directed; Provides administrative, clerical, and general overall daily support to the Director and Quality & Compliance Coordinator of the Coordinated Care Network; Maintains boundaries and keeps all information received confidential; Demonstrates behaviors that recognize the rights of patients as defined by the patient rights; Other duties as assigned by the Director and Quality & Compliance Coordinator of the Coordinated Care Network.
Administrative Assistant
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Experience in administrative support required; Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required; Ability to multi-task and move fluidly between urgent and non-urgent functions; Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills; Experience working in a healthcare related field preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
