We are looking for a full-time Office Assistant who is responsible for managing multiple tasks in one of our learning centers.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7am-3pm EST Pay starting at $20/hr
Responsibilities:
General office duties including maintaining supply inventories, mail and fax distribution, and photocopying Answer phone calls and triage inquires to the correct department.
Create, organize and maintain office filing systems, send files to storage facilities, as needed Help to plan staff events and all-staff meetings.
Create and maintain picture library of program materials used during intervention sessions Process I-9 Form to verify the identity and work eligibility of new employees hired Responsible for keeping the office tidy and organized, including maintaining office equipment Manage coverage coordinator responsibilities, including contacting families and employees for cancellations/coverage Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent upbeat telephone skills Excellent customer service skills Exceptional communication skills Strong software proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize effectively Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through High School Diploma, required Technical Skills Ability to quickly learn new software programs as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
