We are currently seeking someone to work in multiple areas of our BOH production facility, specifically in our Baking and Pastry Departments.
We are a family owned and operated retail bakery with two locations in Brockton and Mansfield, and specialize in a vast array of baked good, pastries, cakes and prepared foods.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
- The ability to be flexible and offer support to both our Pastry Department and Baking Department, doing tasks such as:
depositing cakes and batters into pans for baking, baking various items, mixing and shaping doughs, building and finishing cakes and pastries and other miscellaneous production related tasks.
- The ability to be on your feet for you entire shift and to repeatedly lift weights in excess of 50 lbs.
- Help break down pallets of ingredients and paper goods from suppliers, check the orders in to ensure we have received everything, and put all items away properly and in an efficient manner.
- Maintain and display proper food safety and sanitation practices, and being willing to take on various cleaning tasks when needed.
- The ability to work with bakery equipment when necessary, such as:
ovens, proof boxes and mixers.
The pay range for this job is $18-$23 per hour and is based on experience.
