Duties will include but not limited to, answering and screening phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, insurance company communication including verification and or prior authorizations, patient interaction including intake and registration process and overall running of a busy front desk.
The ability to multi-task is a must.
The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
She/he will work under the Business Office Manager and should be able to work independently.
Previous medical reception experience strongly preferred Hours are as follows (strong possibility of increase in hours in the future if desired) Monday thru Friday:
