Job Details: Provide support to the Lean Development Team in the deployment and enrichment of the Lean Continuous Improvement systems as they are developed and implemented throughout the Signature Healthcare organization. Continuous Improvement (LEAN) Coach at Signature Healthcare (Hospital, Clinics, MOB, Finance, etc.). Must have excellent inter-personal and facilitation skills. Five
years experience in Process Improvement. Work in health care arena. Knowledge of LEAN Management System and tools preferred. Required: 4-year BS or BA college degree. Preferred: RN/BSN, and/or MBA.
